Here are my answers. I'm not sure if they're correct .The speaking is very fast for me.

CRACK one egg into a bowl and check that there are no shells Gently slide the egg into the PAN, cover it and cook until the WHITE is solid and the YOLK is warm to the touch. Continue to cook until the YOLK is set to your liking. For sunny side up you can baste the OIL with butter from the pan. For over easy gently FLOP the egg with a spatula and cook it for about another 30 seconds, over medium about 45 seconds and over hard about one minute. If you like a crispier edge, start off with the temperature set to medium. Sprinkle on some SALT and PEPPER and breakfast is ready.

I don`t know if FLOP THE EGG it´s ok...

Someone commented something (no name was given, I don´t know who it was) and I must have deleted it by mistake.
Anyway, be patient! Rome wash´t built in a day! You need to expose yourself to spoken English as much and as often as possible and you'll see how you improve. I'm sure next time you'll do better.
